Happy new year! This year, my resolution is to try and learn new things.

One of the new things I'm learning is sourdough baking! My mom gave me some of her sourdough starter, so now I'm baking all sorts of things. So far we've made pizza dough and some sandwich/toast loaves.

I think the bread has come out really good so far! The pizza dough recipe we used was probably not the best, it wasn't crunchy the way pizza dough normally is, but still was tasty.

I'm also starting to learn FL studio this year! Below is a short sample of what I've learned so far.

This 8 second clip reminded me of the town tune you can create in Animal Crossing xD. I'm just starting to learn, but I'm excited to create longer songs and learn more!
